Tuesday nights at 5.  This 45 minute discussion will cover the following topics and be a huge resource for mother's, father's and other family members caring for your preemie.

6/12/12 Putting your best SWADDLE forward, know how, when, and where to do it.

6/19/12 Starting a conversation with your preemie- un NICU-ize your baby

is a refreshing alternative to the traditional music class for kids. The program was created in 1997 in Brooklyn, NY by rock musician/composer and father of three, David Weinstone. Music for Aardvarks is distinct from other children's music programs in that all classes are based around Mr. Weinstone's original songs, rhythms, and chants. With influences of rock, blues, ballads, folk, jazz and pop, Aardvark songs uniquely reflect and celebrate the lives of children growing up today.

"Naturally Loved's class, Infant Massage, which is offered once a week over a course of three weeks is a must do for new moms or even moms with newborns that have other kids at home.  Heather Josten is the instructor that leads you through this wonderful experience that teaches you how to massage your infant literally from head to toe.  Like everything offered at Naturally Loved, this class is a combination of unique experiences that will allow you to comfort, calm and in some cases, assist in treating certain problem areas such as constipation, fussiness, sleeplessness, the list is endless and Heather will guide and instruct you through each one.

Starting June 10th HypnoBirthing is a 5 week class every Sunday for 2 1/2 hours.

HypnoBirthing® is a natural childbirth method developed in 1989 by Marie F. Mongan. It is as much a philosophy as it is a technique of birthing gently, calmly and joyfully. When a mother is prepared for birthing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, she can summon her natural birthing instincts and birth her baby in an easier, more comfortable manner and often, without pain.

introspective processes and discussions to help you discover what *you* need
to know to give birth.
